Message	In this instance, he blatantly went by an officer at 10 mph over the limit. Frankly, the cop didn't have much of a choice but to pull him over for quite obviously violating the speed limit. If he was travelling down a highway with a large pack of cars all going 10 over the limit and he gets singled out by a cop who was by the side of the road, then there might be a little wiggle room.
